  • Add me if you want, I am a momma of three 16, 9 and 7. They keep me busy but I am finding that now that they are older they love to work out with me. Sometimes its cool and sometimes no so much!! But I am doing it to be here for them :P
  • Add me too if you want. I have not been under 200 since my first kid and she is 16 now  I was at 258 three weeks ago and I am at 245 today.  I also have a group of gals on Facebook and we motivate and share our recipes there too  Congrats on the start of your journey.
