Ice cream. Lots of ice cream.

Adding here to people who actual have an allergy to gluten. I have coeliacs and get severely ill whenever I eat gluten. Still managed to prepare and eat food from the same kitchen my family did, still managed to eat out (albeit, carefully) and am still able to safely cook alongside my girlfriend now, who is not…

Between 3-500g. Well, that's what I aim for. Hit the lower end most days, but often fill my calories with fats and protons.

Decided to pan-fry salmon for the first time in opposed to my usual route of baking it. Garlic-butter fried salmon with buttered vegetables. Bacon wedges Taken via potato cam. Chicken salad, chocolate PB protein sludge and sweet potato. Chocolate PB protein on GF bread with sliced banana. Burger Fuel 'PB&J' burger Not so…

GF Pepperoni pizza from Dominos Chocolate PB protein dough and GF bread.

5'6, Male. 3000 calories. Thought think I maintain on around 2500-2650, hard to tell on the crap scale at my flat. Carbs are usually 50-60%, with fat at 20-30% and protein roughly around 20% as a weekly average. I prefer tracking n grams, not percentages, though, so upwards of 400g carbs, 55g fat and 140g protein. Lift…

[img][/img] Scrambled eggs, bacon and wraps. Balasmic jelly on gluten-free sundried-tomato bread and steamed vegetables Roast duck, carrots, sweet potato and wine I ate all the duck... girlfriend saw the still-attached head and felt sick while cooking it. Not complaining. It was delicious. Baked apples stuffed with raisins…

Ran out of gluten free bread, so had pizza instead. Scrambled eggs, pizza and black coffee. This photo was brought to you by potato.

I love this game to pieces. Like I did the first two inFAMOUS games. Love the new powers - smoke being my favourite visually, but

Bolded: Are you certain of this? What you've described in the rest of your post honestly, in my extremely unprofessional opinion, sounds like some sort of binge/purge cycle. But that's just what it sounded like to me. No offence or disrespect meant. IMO, it would be a lot more beneficial for you to do a good, long 'clean'…

I usually drizzle a bit of fish and soy sauce over it, then spread on some crushed garlic, ginger and a little bit of chilli. Also, a tiny - only a really, really little bit of wasabi, and mix it all on top. Then crush some black pepper over it and bake for fifteen minutes. Best salmon I've ever had. Legit my favourite…

I've found I can't stand almond butter. Not lately, anyway. I still enjoy peanut butter from time to time (not a nut, I know), just peanuts, nothing else. But I also enjoy cashew butter, hazelnut butter and - on the rare occasions I get to try it - macadamia butter. In a contest, however, coconut butter wins hands down.

Been on kind of an oat rage since I got myself a new bag. So far, no reaction, which speaks good things for me. The brand I'm getting appears to be a lot safer than the one I had last year, which gave me a hell of a lot of problems. Lately I've been experimenting with various flavours: Peanut butter and banana proats 100g…

Vanilla oats with raisins, banana and cinnamon. Been playing around with "gluten-free" oats lately. The last batch I had about a year ago (non-certified) screwed with my gut, but so far, I've had no problems. And am I glad - I love the consistency of these things. Stir fry with salted Why oats? Because it was late, and I…

So far, my favourite's Cellulor: Whipped Vanilla. But I always get vanilla, so I'm not a good judge of any other flavour besides vanilla.

Nothing. Few times I do bring stuff, I don't usually eat it til after the movie. I'm too busy watching the movie.

I love cold baked potatoes. I just think they're delicious. Just plain, even, or with a piece of cheese or buttered. Kind of like a bread roll. But I can't eat bread rolls due to my coeliacs. So just potatoes - microwaved, then baked for about ten minutes to get the skin crispy but keep the inside soft. Nom.

I had four fried eggs for breakfast. With four pieces of bacon. My lunch frittata has six eggs in it. I'll probably have eggs for dinner. You should be fine OP. Because eggs.

2400 calories for 174cm is a little low; I'm 166cm (midget) and bulking on 2650kcal. You might want to look at raising them... particularly at 51kg and active. I'm trying to imagine what that looks like. Can you get access to a gym? I'm gathering from your post you're quite busy. I'd personally recommend finding a gym and…

Oh, God, I know this feel. Work provides little time to eat and it very active, increasing my TDEE drastically. Personally, I'd do my best to get it out of the way whenever convenient. Maybe the 5000 next day, or 4000-4500 over the week. Just have a big bowl of ice cream in the evening to make up for it, assuming you've…

Wow, that's a lot of food you can't eat. I can see why this would be difficult for you. I also have coeliacs and eat a lot of rice, potatoes and other starches...You could maybe cook up some fried rice with fish and eggs in it? Make some kind of shrimp stir-fry? Coconut milk/cream products are very calories dense - a can…

Roughly: ^That's over a weekly basis, not daily, so averages. I don't really use percentages on here, I find them somewhat arbitrary. Just set protein and fat minimums and get the rest of my cals from whatever, carbs, fats or proteins. Allows me to eat whatever I want when with friends or family without being OCD or…

Cinnamon protein cereal: Puffed cereal and protein powder with milk mixed in with two bananas and drizzled with honey. Breakfast sludge: 250g cottage cheese, three bananas, blueberries, puffed cereal and honey. 1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream on top - because I wanted ice cream for breakfast, goddammit. Protein cereal: More…

Cinnamon bananas : Literally just bananas topped with cinnamon, eaten at a friend's because there was nothing else I could eat. Cottage cheese berry sludge topped with bananas, cinnamon and honey. Buttered kumara Salmon, rice and veggies.

"Red Velvet" Kiwiyo and a black coffee. Post workout protein coffee . ON Whey, almond milk and coffee. Honey-soy shrimp stir fry and an apple Burger fuel "Bacon Backfire" burger. Bacon, chicken, brie cheese and the "special relish" between two gluten free buns that don't taste like cardboard. I love this place.

Cottage cheese, blueberries and bananas topped with cinnamon and honey. Red Velvet KiwiYo Cinnamon whey stuffed sweet potato Peanut shrimp on rice.

Protein rice pudding with blueberries and bananas topped with cinnamon and honey. Frittatas topped with... ... Oh, God, yes. That's what it looks like: Bacon Jam Bro meal of peace. Salmon fillet (my favourite meal of all time), brocolli, carrot, brown rice. I'm on a brown rice craze lately. It's just got this really nutty…
