5'3 female, 121 pounds, 42 years old, mostly sedentary: I don't do it by days, but my weekly averages out right now to between 1200 and 1300 per day. I know I'm in maintenance at around 1500 on days I get no exercise.0

MFP has me set to 1740 per day.
Most days I eat between 1700 and 1800. I've gone as high as 2100 when I've done a significant amount of cardio.0 -
I'm 5'8", 225 lbs, 40 years old. I start with 1200 calories per day, but add on a portion of whatever I burn with my workouts. I do pilates, martial arts, Zumba, Turbo Kick, and biking, at least an hour per day. I've been losing 2+ pounds per week.0

Currently I'm only losing about 1#/ month. I could cut calories a bit, but as I get closer to my goal weight I'm more concerned with my physical performance and muscle growth. And beer.
I run almost every day, anywhere between 5 and 15 miles, walk 3-5 miles, and then do a bunch of walking around at work. A typical workday I end up with over 30,000 steps for the day. I also lift 3X/ week. and ride my bike, go kayaking, or hiking multiple times a week.
This morning I had a hard time waking up, and I slacked off. No run, but I did make it out for a bike ride. 20miles with 1400ft total elevation gain. I'll probably finish off the day with "only" about 25K steps.0 -

I eat between 2000-2400 calories a day (I know, big gap but I'm just kinda eating as it suits me, 2000 cals a day puts me around the 1 pound a week mark, 2400 puts me around the maintaining mark)
I aim for 8000-1000 steps a day and aim to strength train 4 days a week0 -
When I am dieting, I usually set my calorie intake at 700/day. When I am in don't-give-a-f*** mode, I average about 3,900 calories/day, sometimes more. In the past, in my teens, 20s, 30s for the most part, I usually ate 400 calories/day or 500 calories/day when dieting, and occasionally, 300 calories/day or less. I am 5' 3 1/2" and 121 pounds. I was 110 pounds 5 months ago. But I will be on 700 calories/day again soon because I am too fat now. But I have not dieted yet this year. I just don't know how many calories to eat to maintain. If I use the standard formula of 15 calories per pound per day, I lose weight. I am sedentary and age 61.0

So IOW your very low calorie diet has never really worked for you.0 -
Female, age 19, 5'6, 228 lbs. I'm only recently starting at calorie counting again. I have it set at 1500 right now...adding on whatever I exercise I average around 1650. I want to get it down to 1300 though because last time I calorie counted it was around there and it was working well for me. I just don't want to feel so hungry for the next couple of weeks!
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I work at a very active part time job. So I'm keeping active 7 days a week.0
