200lbs, 2200 calories per day. 5 days a week weightlifting+cardio.0
-
6' 2" 175 run 5 days a week. Nautilus set three days a week. Ab workout daily. In maintenance, 2800 calories a day.0

Around 2300.0

1800...250lbs, light workouts 3-4x week0

Between 1300 and 1900 depending on my work out schedule. Right now I am on injured reserve (pulled something in my leg and have to take 4 to 5 days off completely) so I am trying to keep it closer to 1300.
I'm 129 (5'4)0 -
I am aiming for 1300, but I feel like I'm getting into a rut so I might cut it back a little bit. I've eaten over my calories two days in a row now and I think it's (weirdly) making me more hungry. Either that or I am just going through a bit of an emotional upheaval and it's affecting my hunger.0

Hey I have been trying to figure this out too. I have been at it for about 8 weeks now and dropped 12 pounds the first 6. my goal is set to 1680 and I normal eat closer to 1700-1900. I am a male 6' tall and 242 pounds 21 years old. I have a retail job part time 3 or 4 days a week that I walk to 3.3 miles. other than that I don't move that much other than to walk to class and the grocery store. I keep worrying that I am not eating enough calories but I also have been feeling great and the original OMFG I AM SO HUNGRY feeling has gone away. anyways I am set at sedentary right now kinda wondering if I should bump it to lightly active and eat more.0

33, 5'4, 212 lbs, exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes. 1800 calories per day.0
-
39, 5'6", 188 pounds, lightly active, I do something exercise related about 3 times per week (usually strength training, sometimes cardio), lightly active, I eat anywhere from 1500-1900 calories per day.0

2000-2100. I'm female, 74kg (still overweight) and swim or lift weights 5-6 times a week.0
-
Female, 154/155lbs. 5'8. Maintenance is somewhere 2600-3000 I'd say (haven't logged intake regularly in a while) but getting back into logging at a goal of ~2400 a day. Lifting weights 4x a week.0
-
My total intake over the last 30 days was 2338/day. 46 year old male, 5' 10", 158 lb. or so; in the last month I have bicycled 591 miles, averaging about 1.5 hours/day. (We have had great weather!)
ETA: I am probably on my bike 5-6 days a week, a mixture of long and short rides; that 1.5 hours is an average. Many of my rides are 2-4 hours, and some are more like 20 minutes (commuting, for example).0 -

800 to 1200 a day0 -
Female 5'2 - 126lbs - between 1600 and 2500 calories per day. 5 days per week doing HIIT and/or weight training.0

25 M 6'0 139lbs. Right now I'm eating minimum 4000 per day. I lose weight at 3k.
I'm a distance runner, but right now I'm still recovering from a spine fusion #2 (scoliosis) so I'm just sittin on my *kitten* doing nothing. Lifting light weights. That's about it. So far I got my BW from 131 three weeks ago to 139.7! I'm trying to gain into the 160s.0 -
5'4" 163lbs and usually just under 1500 calories. I cycle calories so sometimes it is more, other days it is less. I'm losing half a pound per week and very happy with that.0

It's interesting to see what everyone is doing I'm a 5'8" female and I eat between 1800 - 2500 a day, anything less than 1800 and I feel awful! It's usually around 2000 but if I have a cheat day (which has been known to run into the 4000s ) I will drop it down to 1,800 for a few days.0

5'7, 193lbs, weightlifting 2x a week, zumba 2-3x a week, anywhere from 1400-1800c a day, depending.0

1450ish - I've decided not to adhere to that very strictly. I'm 5'3" and 97lbs, on days that I'm more active I tend to disregard the calorie count.0
-
38 yo, 5'6", ~149lbs (no scale ATM)
I average 1500-1550cals/day. Strength training 3-4 times/week, HIIT cardio or light jog 2-3 days/ week. Puts me around 0.7lbs/week loss.0 -
I average 1800. 5' 6" 161 lbs. I exercise 6 days a week plus take 2-3 fun walks. I lose 1.5-2 lbs most weeks.0
-
5'7 3/4 lol
175 lbs, 1700-1900 per day... weights 3x a week0 -
5'0", 144lbs, Desk job toddler mom (active nights and weekends!) still breastfeeding heavily. 1500 - 1800 (1500 would be my goal without BF, so I give myself 300 more for the amount of BF I do). I tried 1500, and I was HUNGRY all the time. 1800 keeps me perfectly satisfied without overeating, and I dropped a ton of weigh this week (1st week). Apparently, seeing how little I eat now at 1800 calories, I must have been packing it on calorie wise before I started tracking, and I was maintaining the same weight, so hopefully this helps me get where I need to be.0

It's great when you can use your job as part of your exercise routine, isn't it?
I'm a postman too.
Remember. If your daily exercise burns more calories than you eat, then your body will not do what you want it to do.
Hence the term Balanced Diet....
