    5'7, 193lbs, weightlifting 2x a week, zumba 2-3x a week, anywhere from 1400-1800c a day, depending.

    1450ish - I've decided not to adhere to that very strictly. I'm 5'3" and 97lbs, on days that I'm more active I tend to disregard the calorie count.

    38 yo, 5'6", ~149lbs (no scale ATM)

    I average 1500-1550cals/day. Strength training 3-4 times/week, HIIT cardio or light jog 2-3 days/ week. Puts me around 0.7lbs/week loss.

    I average 1800. 5' 6" 161 lbs. I exercise 6 days a week plus take 2-3 fun walks. I lose 1.5-2 lbs most weeks.

    5'0", 144lbs, Desk job toddler mom (active nights and weekends!) still breastfeeding heavily. 1500 - 1800 (1500 would be my goal without BF, so I give myself 300 more for the amount of BF I do). I tried 1500, and I was HUNGRY all the time. 1800 keeps me perfectly satisfied without overeating, and I dropped a ton of weigh this week (1st week). Apparently, seeing how little I eat now at 1800 calories, I must have been packing it on calorie wise before I started tracking, and I was maintaining the same weight, so hopefully this helps me get where I need to be.

    I'm a postman too.
    Remember. If your daily exercise burns more calories than you eat, then your body will not do what you want it to do.
    Hence the term Balanced Diet....

    I'm 5'6, 140lbs and right now eating minimum 2200 calories on non work out days up to 4500 calories on my weekly long run days. I'm training for an ultra marathon.

    I'm 33, 5'2 and 190 lbs. I eat about 1600-1800 on workout days (depending on what I've done, I try to net 1200) and 1300-1400 on rest days.

    5'3 female, 121 pounds, 42 years old, mostly sedentary: I don't do it by days, but my weekly averages out right now to between 1200 and 1300 per day. I know I'm in maintenance at around 1500 on days I get no exercise.

    MFP has me set to 1740 per day.

    Most days I eat between 1700 and 1800. I've gone as high as 2100 when I've done a significant amount of cardio.

    I'm 5'8", 225 lbs, 40 years old. I start with 1200 calories per day, but add on a portion of whatever I burn with my workouts. I do pilates, martial arts, Zumba, Turbo Kick, and biking, at least an hour per day. I've been losing 2+ pounds per week.
