I just had my first free class Wednesday and signed up immediately after the class. I needed that extra push to add to my workout that Im already doing. I love how motivating and fun the staff were, as well as how much fun I had in the class. This is a class I will always look forward to doing.

Working out is fine for me, it's my "eating everything in front of my face" that's the problem. I crave wine, sweets, salty foods plus everything I usually eat. I need to have control over my eating and cravings during that time so I don't eat more than I workout

What everyone else stated above... The best advice I can give is to be consistent and patient. Don't stress over a bad day, just bust it out the following day. Log everything

P90X3 The Challenge & Loved every bit of it
-
I've just started this week and I love it!!! I've completed Insanity and wanted to do something that doesn't require as much cardio, but P90X was just too long for me. Thank goodness P90X3 was made! I was just browsing MFP looking for a group as well, but came upon this post. I hope everyone is still at it

NSV: I've lost a lot of inches and realized it today when the band from my Polar HRM was too loose to catch my HR. I had to make it as small as possible plus cut the band and sew it and tape it. It looks a hot mess!

I LOVE INSANITY!!! When i first started out with Month 1, I burned about 500 - 600 calories doing the regular workouts, and about 400 calories doing the recovery workout on Thursday's. I have just started doing the Max Interval workouts for month two, the workouts are intense and longer than the 1st month workouts  I…

Don't give up, its only been a few weeks... Ive started Insanity on March 4th and Im 21 days in, although I can complete most of the workouts better than when I started out, I cant see any difference. I was told by a lot of people they see my body changing and I look great, so Ive decided to stick with it. We are our worst…
