I use Promasil. its a balanced nano- partitioned protien. it has zero carb and is 90 cal a scoop. I usually mix 2 scoops with 1 cup milk and one cup water which is usually 200ish calories It comes in almost all flavours http://www.rivalus.net/products/promasil

hey,, im not 250+ but I am 222 and I am currently on the 3rd week, it does kick your butt, but you will be surprised at how much better you feel while doing it. Feel free to add me as a friend, I know it takes a lot of support to get started!

definatly not eating enough protein. sugars are also pretty high but they are natural (which is great that you eat that much fruit).

I think the point of weight loss is not to torturing yourself, I think it's more about making small changes that do not impact your life, but making enough if those small changes that your life has changed for the better. pick yourself up, dust yourself off and next time only eat 10 chips and 1 glass of pop. everyone has bad days, no one is perfect, dont let one bad night make you forget that you have lost the amount that you have, and you were the biggest loser, you are doing wonderful, keep going!

I really believe in cheat days, my only problem is my cheat day is usually saturday, i count most of what i eat but let a lot slide, my biggest problem is the next 2 days after I feel like I am starving, or really craving the bad food I have been eating. mine is defiantly "Baby Macs" aka a McDonald's double cheeseburger made up as a Big Mac, they are about 480 calories, and Ive been known to eat about 3 or 4 of them on a bad day :$.
