If you cant get outside, pull up a you tube video! I do all the cooking at home too! They are at my will! We eat a lot of pinterest vegetables for picky kids recipes. LOL! I have been killing the walks and workouts and still went up 1/2 a pound. I feel you! We can do this!!

My goal for 2018 was to get a new job, which I started in August. I had focused more on doing for my husband than me last year, he was in the hospital a lot! Now that he is doing better, it is time to focus on me again, so here's to some weight loss in 2019! I started on Christmas with my weight lifting and workouts again,β¦

Stretching, wearing sketchers with memory foam, did PT & inserts but they didnt help. I also wear Tommy Copper socks
