I am pretty new to this too, welcome aboard! I am with you on the no pill deal. Just try to play with your numbers, take one day at a time and 1 pound at a time, not comparing to others. I have been losing a pound a week, until last week, but I slipped up so my fault. Hang in there!

Love this thread and all of the sharing! Tried butter in the coffee tissue morning, was very skeptical and found it amazing! Off on a day trip to our beautiful granddaughters 4th birthday celebration with cooler and healthy snacks packed!

I watch the show when I slow down on cleaning out the "stashes." I try to make at least one big trip to the goodwill a month. It's also been motivating to do a monthly closet cleaning to get rid of baggy clothes. Started this all a year ago and I have lost weight too!

As someone who works at a school, I can tell you that kids, for the most part, will not eat fruit or veggies and many don't even know what to call them. I had a hard time with some of the shoulder exercises and had to go pretty slow because of an injury, but you should be good or you can get a band. Her workouts have that option too.

SW- 189 CW- 185 1- get 15, 000 steps a day 2- circuits 3x a week 3- yoga 3x a week 4- keep carbs under 50 get daily ( haven't quite mastered that, although most come from veggies)

I stalled for a couple of months. But I was honestly drinking literally half of my calories, alcohol. (I have now stopped) I weigh everything! Just keep at it, sometimes it just takes time. Don't give up!
