I could use any tips for working out at home with no equipment AND/OR Links to youtube videos for working out at home with no equipment (Weights, etc). I would prefer beginner/easier work outs that really do help since I am starting off at 320lbs 5'4". I already found the "Walk A Mile In Your Home" Video by Leslie Sansone and that seems really simple yet effective. Any other ideas?

Also, Besides the obvious "Walking" "Jogging" etc, What would you log a random work out video such as "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSg3eCLf7Mw" This one?

The NHS in the UK has given instructions on some gym free exercises. The link below will take you to the web page.

Here's a beginner workout I just threw together for ya:

Body weight squats x 15 (once you progress, change this to jump squats)
Push ups - against wall/on knees whatever you can manage x 15 (progress to regular push ups)
Walking lunges x length of yard/lounge room etc etc (can progress these to jumping lunges)
    Star jumps x 15
    Dips x 15 (against a chair/couch)
    Crunches x 20
Plank - as long as you can

Do as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes. As you progress, try to beat however many rounds you did the last time. Good luck!

If you have a smart phone or computer you can look up how many calories are burned with any given activity per minutes. Also track how many steps you take in a day. At least 10k should be your goal. I adopted a plan 6wks ago. I call it my 5-500-10,000 plan. I walk 5 miles a day, burn at least 500k and walk at least 10k steps. With that and diet modification, I have lost 15# in 6wks. You don't need a gym. I have recently added strengthening routines as well. Find a couple of good apps a pedometer for sure. It is a lifestyle change not a diet or a until I lose some weight kind of thing. Good luck

Maybe dance to music you like. You can also do isometric movements. Instead of just holding a contraction, move through a range of motion while contracting those muscles with your mind. Instead of using weights to do things like curls and military presses, use your mind to contract the muscles as you take them through those movements. I also like the idea of doing that for your abs while standing or sitting to save your back. Put your hands on your abs to feel them working. And, work your quads while sitting, and hams while laying on your stomach to save your knees. You can do calf raises. All types of movements. Get creative. Do what you want to do. You can also use one arm to resist the other and do the same thing with your legs. Do different stretches too. You're probably flexible.

Beachbody has some great workout programs for you to begin. They have modied versions on their workouts. You may want to try the hip hop abs 1&2, cize, country heat or try the natural journeys website and try some of the island girl workouts or workouts of your choice. I have several dvds from both and they are really great as starters. Try them. You will enjoy them. Do at your own pace

I do Insanity Max30 at home and bought a stationary stepper from Amazon for around $40. I also downloaded SWORKIT, a free app that let's you customize workouts on your phone.

I have not stepped foot in a gym for years

I love davina mc call workout videos. I'm currently using her 7 minute fit and fit in 15 ones. I do 7 minutes each evening Monday to Friday and on the weekend I do a 7 minute one in the morning and evening and then a 15 min one in afternoon
