The tag is Recipes, I was using the old recipe builder. The list of ingredient option doesn't always find the correct brand name, and its search is not as good as the old recipe builder search.

Scrolling down is more customary than scrolling up, and should be used to match the initial action. If scrolling down remains, MFP should consider adding "Prev 1 2+ Next" somewhere after the search box, possibly on the "Or, add your favorites for" line, thus having the option before and after the entries list.

You may have read it wrong - unless you exercise, the fat in your body does not decrease.

Remember that fat doesn't magically go away, exercise is needed to burn it. Without burning fat, you can lose weight, but you still retain the fat you had, and its in a smaller body.
