Congrats, bet you felt on top of the world. I finished my first 5k (just a few seconds under 30 mins) yesterday and did another again today...I still on a high and so proud of myself so I know how you feel. Well done again!!!!

I went way over on Sat and Sun, drank too many coors lite sat night and had chinese take away and way too many mini choc bars on sun. Today is a new day and I'm determined to stay on track!

Welcome, I'm 33 and a mother of 3 and have lost 2 stone and have about another 2 stone to loose. What are you doing to loose weight, are you doing a specific diet? I'm doing diet chef at the moment and hoping this will help me to loose my final 2 stone!:smile:
