    Top 3 tips would have to be to make sure to track EVERYTHING. It's so easy to go over and not even realize it. EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE. Just do it. Even if it's only 10 minutes a day. At the beginning I had to fight the urge to rest, clean, read, watch tv {whatever} when baby girl was sleeping and I dreaded having to workout, but now I can't wait till it's time for my workout. Planning my meals has helped me tremendously when I get the urge to splurge. I stick to my meal plan and it's a recipe for success {pun intended :-P}. Hope this helps.
