I was Geocaching! We found 12 caches before 12 and headed over to the geocaching 12-12-12 event for 12:12 in the afternoon. Great day :)

I'm hoping to keep the momentum going! Down 5lbs! Hoping the other 5 come off just as quickly. I'm camping this weekend and I'm a little afraid of putting some weight back on but I'm going to try to stay mindful and hopefully it wont be to bad.

Pills scare me, I'm tempted sometimes but I would just rather not. For me exercise and eating right helps, if it didn't then I may feel differently.

I rejoined my old gym even though I'm stuck in a contract with another. They have much better classes and I neeeed classes, I don't do to well left on my own. I'm taking 2 or 3 Group Power classes a week (weights) 2 step classes, maybe a zumba once a week, maybe a kick class, and trying to make it to hot power yoga once or…

Hi Everyone! Great concept for a group! I will be 39 at the end of January so I would like to be 139 for my birthday. Right now I'm 170ish . I lost some weight a couple of years ago with MFP. Since then Ive gained it all back. I'm finding it hard to maintain motivation and I'm so disgusted with myself. Maybe joining a group like this will help. 10lbs would be a great success .

I agree, the last time I lost a decent amount of weight it was because I was exercising, eating sensibly (counting my calories with the help of MFP) AND allowing myself that one donut hole, that tiny sliver of cake, one spoonful of yummy loaded mashed potatoes,etc....
