I was Geocaching! We found 12 caches before 12 and headed over to the geocaching 12-12-12 event for 12:12 in the afternoon. Great day :)

Hi Everyone! Great concept for a group! I will be 39 at the end of January so I would like to be 139 for my birthday. Right now I'm 170ish . I agree, the last time I lost a decent amount of weight it was because I was exercising, eating sensibly (counting my calories with the help of MFP) AND allowing myself that one donut hole, that tiny sliver of cake, one spoonful of yummy loaded mashed potatoes,etc.... With some coaxing from slightningscale I am here to weight in. 159. No loss and no gain but I sure do feel mushy!
