Calling all healthy vegetarians
Hi! Years ago I attempted to give up meat. I lasted a year before becoming anemic and gaining weight. I was to dependant on bread and potatoes. This time I would like to to it right.(for now I will still be including fish and eggs) Could you please point me in the direction of a good group or any highly recommended website…

Weight down a smidge Fat % up :/
Over the past week my weights has slightly gone down but my body fat percentage has crept up :ohwell: BMI remained the same. I'm figuring that shows its water weight I'm losing:ohwell: but TOM is here so shouldn't I be retaining water? Could mean a greater lose when he leaves...maybe.

To eat or not to eat?..before my morning step class that is.
So I typically do not eat anything before heading to the gym to do my cardio, which is usually a step class. My philosophy is I want to tap into and use the stored energy (fat) and not the banana I just ate for breakfast. I'm I correct in my thinking...what say you fellow MFP peeps?:tongue:

Glutton needs repenting
Okay so I have made a glutton out of myself these past 3 days and I'm paying for my sins. I feel like crap and I've decided I need to detox tomorrow. I figured I would eat only grapefruit and green tea all day tomorrow then get back on track thursday. Anyone know any other foods I could include in tomorrows detox?....
