I need a group!

Hi there guys1
I joined this site in July. I did so well and lost 13 lb. I've been doing terrible since the weather got colder...has anyone else noticed this as well?...anyway I feel like I've fallen and i can't get up. I don't know why the scale hasn't more to much but I know if i keep this up I'll gain all the weight back in no time.
Maybe joining one of the many groups on here would help my motivation but I don't know how to start one or if i can join one that's already in progress...
any suggestions?...

We have a group we will weigh in on Sundays! Don't get too down on yourself if you slip, just keep in mind this is a support group. We're not here to punish you

You may join us! Sixers into the holidays, we set attainable goasl we can reach in six weeks! We have throught he holidays! Look us up, we'd be glad to have ya! As for the exercise, go to the fit TV channel or get/borrow some fitness videos! To attain goals we need to push ourselves and be on the look out for those times where we will backslide! You are doing ok, hang in there!0
