Glutton needs repenting

Okay so I have made a glutton out of myself these past 3 days and I'm paying for my sins. I feel like crap and I've decided I need to detox tomorrow. I figured I would eat only grapefruit and green tea all day tomorrow then get back on track thursday. Anyone know any other foods I could include in tomorrows detox?....

    Garlic! Green, leafy veggies and red veggies (like red bell pepper) are great detox foods. Sesame seeds are also awesome! Try making a garlic & sesame seed salad with spinach, romaine lettuce and red bell peppers. Just a dash of olive oil, a clove of crushed garlic and viola! Also surprisingly filling!
