You can always eat something healthy before hand so you're not as inclined to eat as much as you usually would. Hi, I'm not sure about the nutritional value because i have only cooked it once and I try not to count calories, but you can always add it up as you are cooking. Although the ingredients in this recipe are pretty healthy :smile:

I personally am anemic and I took multi vitamins with 125% vitamin C and 100% iron based on the doctors advice. The vitamin C helps you better absorb the iron. continue to workout! it's actually good to eat something after a workout to help repair your muscles and whatnot! I usually have a handful of dry plain cheerios. There' certain foods you should eat after a workout, you can alsways search them up!

Hello, I have had a problem with finding a good workout to keep me motivated also. I have learned that walking for more than 10mins on my treadmill is not for me, I like to do the jilian micheals workout dvds. They give you a good sweat and she keeps you motivated while your doing them
