  • lukasmac, on that grid, what would the baseline calories be so i could adjust to those calories. b/c none of those days equal what MFP recommends
  • why the mayo hate? i LOVE it!! mayo on french fries is about the best thing i can think of. but i haven't had real mayo in a very very long time (just reduced now) it's a good thing i'm not big on sweets, except carrot cake...and for my birthday my mother-in-law made one just for me. sabotage i say!!!
  • thanks eric, that's what I was thinking and had been doing. 1400 calorie base plus eating what I exercise, I've been doing this for 3 weeks now, I think I'll take you advice and up them a little at first. 1400 base to 1600 or so. thanks
  • My advice...be patient. If you are logging all of your cals correctly, exercising, and eating your exercise cals, then the weight WILL come off.
