HI, I'm in the same boat... What I do is pull my buttock muscles together like 20 times every hour or so, lol and in my bathroom breaks I do knee lifts or any type of exercise for about a minute, I also have a squchee ball at my desk and squeeze my hands. Hopes it helps some... :)
