Desk job + exercise

Hello,

I sit at my desk ALL day long - typically do not take breaks. Anyone have any ideas for quick exercises either at my desk or stepping away for 5 minutes?

    HI,
    I'm in the same boat... What I do is pull my buttock muscles together like 20 times every hour or so, lol and in my bathroom breaks I do knee lifts or any type of exercise for about a minute, I also have a squchee ball at my desk and squeeze my hands.
