Don't give up you could try to maintain your weight for a while then go back to dieting but don't give up because you will put weight back on:)

Wow can I ask what you do for weight training, I dont really know what to do which will take me an hour im used to doing cardio

Ask a doctor how many calories he needs rather than working it out on here and then get him to log meals on here to make sure he doesnt go over?

When I started this I was just into the obese catagory (I'm now a normal weight) and I didnt feel obese or think I was obese or notice how big I was getting and I guess neither do other people who are obese. What I dont understand is how people who are so heavy that they cant walk do not lose weight, I dont understand why…

I go to aerobics on my own but the first time I went I was with someone else so now I'm used to going, I want to go to other classes too but I'm worried about going alone

I know you dont need it I lost my first 20 pounds without cardio but surely it helps

But if your burning calories then surely your going to lose weight? If 1 pound is 3500 calories then surely if you burn that you would lose weight?

Youve still lost weight and your doing great so you should celebrate and be happy about this and you should be happy that youre going to lose more:)

It gets easier log everything just before you eat it and get the app on your phone so you can do it when you go out:)

Youre probably not doing it right maybe youre not logging all your calories or eating the correct amount of calories? It does work theres loads of people on here who its worked for

I used to eat take aways all the time and I used to eat loads I would just snack through the whole day A friend drank normal coke when I had always drank diet coke so I started drinking normal coke all the time I probably gained about 10lbs from doing this I used to eat about 5 chocolate bars a day, probably more

wow you look really good! congratulations on the weight loss:) I think its true "you never see just how big you really are until you lose weight." I look on my old pictures and look massive even though at the time I never thought i did

I would say 30 is more realistic just eat under your calorie goal and do a lot of exercise, if you lose it this fast it could be hard to keep the weight off
