I just went in to enter it as if I had done it under exercise you click cardiovascular then browse all and scroll down to the bottom where there is walking and 2.5 is an option and gives you 150 calories so very close.

I use Muscle Milk every Morning. Just the vanilla kind mixed with frozen blueberries and I also through in baby spinach. You dont even know its in there. I just use water but yes it is even better with milk.

I would make sure your tracking everything that you are eating and drinking so that you know how close you are getting to your 1200.

Dont feel bad just brush yourself off and get after it again. I have been there and done that not sure why. But the next chance I get to workout I just push a little harder. Its gonna be a rough ride if your looking for perfection all the time.

So I have tried a lot of protein shakes over the years and I found one that i really like its muscle milk and just blend in fruit or PB with milk or water with Ice.

Yeah I agree there are better options out there other then a frapp. I would try your breakfast sandwich or do a protein drink at least then you are getting something out of it.

Mine says I'm 27 pounds lighter so maybe within the next couple months I will be there.

Im still here too. I got two cardio workouts today. One this morning by myself and one tonight with my wife. Had a good last week of working out but food wasnt were it should be. So this week my goal is to have a better week of eating.

Whats Up!! I have close to 100 pounds to lose before our cruise next spring. I would like to lose 50 pounds by the end of summer. The whole family just signed up to the gym and have gone everyday so far.
