How did you tweek your macros? What did you do exactly and how did you know to do that? Thanks!

Have you thought of eating paleo? I eat paleo and count calories and I am not always starving like I used to. Basically no grains (aka sugar), processed foods, other sugars, dairy. For me, cutting out rice and bread made me less hungry!

Hi, thanks for your reply. I am not loggin my exercise some days because I hoped to lose weight by trying to stay at the 1300 calorie mark. But if I understand what you're saying, I should eat more on the days I work out. I could also be making estimate errors and maybe need to be more precise. Thanks for writing.

interesting, thanks

I have also had terrible sleeps since going paleo. This week I was on vacation and ate some carbs (bread) at night and slept soo soundly! Didn't wake up or stir at all! (but felt gross in the morning). Maybe need to save carbs for evening like someone else suggested, even if it's carrots or yam or something.

Congrats! And so true! Thanks for the reply.

I have only lost 2 pounds in 3 months and my clothes only fit a bit better. Very very frustrating since I went from eating poorly to super healthy and no exercise to hard core 3X a week. I HOPE it happens soon!!

Hey, Thanks for replying! I hear you on the fat. What are your thoughts on the protein? I always go over by lunch time! So you think I'm actually not eating enough maybe? I'm not sure what the machine is. My naturopath uses it... sticks those stickers to a few parts of my body and connects them to the machine... Sorry,…

Hi, I'm trying to follow paleo. But instead of eating my recommended amount of calories too. So no sugar, minimal dairy and no breads, rice, pasta, etc.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate your responses. For me they recommend like 177 g of carbs and 48 g of protein. Instead I'm eating 50 g of carbs and I guess 150 g of protein. My naturopath and trainer seem okay with this (although they want protein no more than 140 g.) But I guess that's a goal too! Thanks .
