I just got through my first day and already my cravings are down 50% at least. I am in control for the first time in about 6 months. seriously -- it might be all in my head but whatever, that's where it is anyway right? I certainly didn't have a perfect day and I think for now, I'm going to do low carb. I do feel satisifed…

Are you carb heavy? Personally I find carbs to be way too easy to eat and they make me feel hungrier. THAT'S what happens to me... carbs early and consistent keep me hungry.

you could enter in MFP that you're sedentary and THEN track that exercise. Or state that you're very active in MFP and not track that exercise. Does that make sense?
