discontinue exercise counting toward daily goal
I want to log my exercise but don't want to subtract from my daily calorie count. is there a way to do that?

body fat percentage for women -- your thoughts?
I'd like to hear some thoughts on this. I have started to measure my body fat percentage and my instinct that I am carrying too much in spite of the fact that my BMI is fine is (I think) spot on. What do you think is the "ideal"?
