I want to log my exercise but don't want to subtract from my daily calorie count. is there a way to do that?

I've seen people say that they only burnt 1 calorie for their exercise, that way it is logged, but it doesnt subtract.

I don't log it on the exercise page - I leave a note in the food note stating what I have done: walk 20 minutes for 180 cals, weights.
  • I've decided to wait til the end of the day to add my exercise instead of having to ignore the subtraction.

why? MFP already gives you a calorie deficit. by exercising and not replenishing your body, you put your self into a very negative calorie range that has no benefits.

Why don't you want it to subtract? You don't have to eat it...?
I'd just stick it in the notes x

I have a set calorie goal for each day regardless of exercise. I just make sure I eat that goal each day but still add my exercise calories just to see them on there...Weird but that is the way I like it.

Silly boy, don't you know that this is THE way to go....you know, to starve instead of fueling your body??
