brand new today -- I'm doing this

Hi there, I found this app just today and am very excited to get this eating thing under control. I'm find and dandy and then minor life stress hits, or tiredness hits, or boredom hits, and POW -- whatever I can find is my target. It's as if I become someone else -- and then I go back to "perfect eating habits". Day after day after day... NO More. Anyone care to help keep me accountable?

    It is hard. I have struggled with weight loss before. But this time around, I thought Id really look more at the eating side. I do alright with working out and doing that but never really took a hard look at my eating. This time I am though. I got Bob Harper's Skinny Rules and that seemed to help. Some of the receipes I have really liked. But it is so easy to make an excuse as to why you gotta eat something. Like last night, we had a storm and it woke me up. I went and looked out and thought, I could snack while I was looking out the window. It is that easy to take yourself into a snack.
