  • I carry a 1.25L bottle everywhere I go, even if it fits in my bag I carry it in my hand. Means I drink all the time as opposed to when I can be bothered getting my bottle out. Also, the more I drink, the lighter to carry it gets.
  • Yay! Another Wellingtonian. Consider yourself added! I just wrote a blog post on mfp outlining my goals for this year. So we can motivate each other!
  • I'm pretty lazy so I usually go for eggs (boiled earlier in week) on wholemeal toast and a banana. Lately because avocados are in season toast with avocado and tomato. When it's THAT early I want something I don't have to think about and quick and easy.
