I LOOOOVE Oatmeal, but apparently I need to step my game up by sprucing up the plain oats or trying the steel cut, as I am currently a fan of the instant packs....especially the wild blueberry muffin. delish!! All of my favorite SALAD DRESSINGS!! Blue Cheese, Ranch, Creamy Parmesan....ugh. 160 calories in 2 tablespoons??! Really!? sheesh! Since I've realized this I've become a 'dabbler' instead of a 'drencher' with my dressing. lol

I do this daily!! You can do it!! I have a 64 Oz bottle that I keep at my desk. It's much easier to drink when you have it readily available. Two of those during the day is usually pretty easy to get rid of....As for the bathroom visits, they give me a break from what I'm working on. lol :)

I made it tonight!! I'm not the best cook, but this was very simple to do! I try to at least do some kind of exercise even if I don't stick strictly to my healthy eating regimen while on travel. And I always pack something to workout in, that way it doesn't have to be an excuse not to do it. lol ;-)

Hey...I'd like to know the answer too! :-) I try to drink half my weight in ounces (per day)...I read that somewhere, don't know how true it is though. :-/
