I am doing this workout myself. I am currently in my second week in level 2.....and trust me inches are dropping off with this workout. My cellulites are becoming less visible. Good luck and continue doing this workout

for me i do both................one morning and one evening. But what i have read is that you can do one in the morning and the other in the evening. or you can incorporate both.............or try one week cardio only and the other week cardio plus strengh training.....but I think you should ask someone who knows more than…

@nicole........well you r infront of me.................i'm in my second week of level 1...........then im moving up to level 2..............and trust me the lower body workout burns my butt......i like d fact she says to work through the pain and crack that nut in the bridges....lol nice workout though

Very nice plan just stick to it......I started slim in 6 and butt bible yesterday myself...........so my plan is i workout from slim in 6 and butt bible in the mornings and on evenings i do 50 mins elliptical machine and core strenghtening or 30 mins jogging or circuit training. so true about our foods. I now consume 1 spoon of rice with plenty veggies...................i workout morning and evening. i dont drink juice neither alcohol and i drink lots of water!!

Very nice..........I received slim in 6 today and island girl......but i am currently working with hip hop abs, 10 min trainer and doing some outside jogging and elliptical machine.

I have been there once. I am from Grenada, Trinidad neighbor. My name is Nicole. I was weighing 130 before I had kids. then scaled up to 170, however I am down now to 154.....and exercises everyday morning and evening. My goal is to reach 120 - 125.
