The second picture is myself weighing 170lbs........It was the fattest I have ever been my entire life. I use to exercise a lot before but wasn't aware that nutrition also was important. I decided to take a step in life. I made long term goals as well as short term goals. I am currently working out with slim in 6-(in my first week of ramp it up)......and yes i do it 6 days a week................I am also doing butt bible on my second week as well.........the first picture is myself at 149.9 lbs. I am currently weighing 149.6lbs. My goal weight is to reach 125lbs..........therefore I have approximately 28lbs to loose. I am sure by the time I have completed slim in 6 and butt bible.........I should have amazing results
