I'm always on the go so whenever I don't have time to cook I just keep a bunch of SmartOne's on hand. I will usually have a tossed salad with them too, they don't fill me up otherwise haha.

I love any kind of flavored vodka with water and a twist of lemon or lime (watermellon is my favorite!). Vodka with crystal light is awesome too. If I go out I like to carry the little packages with me and put them in my drink.

Yeah I heard you could burn up to 1200 calories, but I think that varies from person to person. Thanks on my way now wish me luck!

I was talking to a girl i work with the other night and she was telling me how her dad has alot of stomach problems and diabetes and such and he eats like 3 sticks a day and it has helped his health quite a bit.

Ill have a protein smoothie about an hour before or a banana half an hour before...i heard banana's can help you out if you get cramps during a work out too.
