I'm just getting started back up again, but I think that keeping track of what you're putting in your body has really helped me a lot in the past. I love getting out into nature for my runs/walks, and the girls at ToneItUp.com post great workout schedules each week that help keep you on track. :)

I just started, too. I wanted to start a couple weeks ago, but I just couldn't get motivated. Tonight I'll be running again, I'm on W1D2. Running makes me feel great, I wish I would have started sooner. :)

I run outside. I like it better than running on a treadmill because there's the fresh air, and more sites to see while you're running. But I will probably have to start running inside during the winter, too. I can't stand cold weather.

Yeah, I'm doing some in-home exercises too. I would love to do insanity, or 30 day shred. But I live on the top floor of an apartment, and my neighbors probably wouldn't like me jumping around. Ha. But we're moving in a couple months, and I plan on starting those then. :)

Oh, how cool. :) I think my biggest issue is eating too much. I love food. Ha. I've been trying to cut back on calories. And exercise more. But i usually diet and work out really hard for a week or two, and then I crash and go back into my old habits. But hopefully I won't do that this time. :)
