It's healthy, you pretty much eat organic meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts. Pretty much everything natural

My body can only have water as much as an hour before workout, or i will feel like crap during, after i usually eat dinner lol because i workout right after work

also if you are getting pains in your stomach it could be eating too late. you should be eating 6 times a day. that is including snacks

organic silk (soy) milk has 1 gram of sugar in it, but yes milk has way too much sugar. i end up drinking sugarless hot tea with a lemon wedge instead

I switched to vegetarianism pretty recently. I do eat fish and dairy also i started taking a complete multi vitamin because was low on iron and did not want to become aneimic. it's been working out great so far!

have you been taking some kind of iron supplement? because that makes you constipated

I LOVE LOVE LOVE zumba. It is very fast paced so be prepared for that. drink plenty of water and wear just regular workout clothes, but i guarantee you that you will love it! the moves are not hard, but you may be lost the first day, i was lol just keep moving! there are also zumba dvd's you can rent from the library, but…
