You can space things out over a couple days, You can't really gain a pound of fat within a day but I wouldn't go super crazy.

I lost weight on weight watchers but I've recently stopped.. there's something wrong when a diet is basically telling you to eat a bag of chips over an avocado. Now I'm counting calories to stay at about 1300 + excercise cals and trying to fill myself up on fruits and veg first.

I'm pretty sure it depends on your body comp. I've had big boobs for my body all my life and still have them. I will say the first place to lose inches was my bust which kind of freaked me out but then everything else caught up and they are still disproportionally large. So don't freak out if you see shrinkage.

It's a lot easier when you are determined and know you'll lose it no atter how long it takes. And you def wont have excess skin from 40 pounds if you lose weight in a healthy way. I'm down 53 pounds and no saggy skin at all.. stretch marks are another story..

For one week of doing that I would be absolutely thrilled with losing 5 pounds/9 inches! Have you thought about increasing your workouts? Walking a full mile rather than a half mile wont take much effort but might make al the difference with how much you lose. Important thing is to have a good attitude, sometimes I will go…

Trrue and so annoying, my fave store has crazy sizing and I sometimes cant fit into their size 14 pants but just bought a size 6 dress from the same store. It's confusing. When I tell poeple what size I am I just go off the standardized size chart measurements.

I too just came from a dr appt to find I don't have high blood pressure anymore and the doctor gave me the okay to go off my heart meds! Hitting the gym at least 3 times a week and I'm doing WW on my own. However now that my points have been lowered I'm having a hard time eating up to 1200! Might have to lay off WW... I also try to add in exercise in every day life like parking far away from my apartment or stores to get in extra walking. Every bit helps!

I'd suggest going to hungrygirl.com. The recipes are so delicious and it's basically junk food made healthy. I made my boyfriend spinach pizza muffins from the website and now he begs for us to make recipes off that website rather than going out!

I think everyone is freaked out about being fat and sweaty in public. I joined the YMCA because its mainly old people! ha!

I totally get where you're coming from, I was always fat and got down to 170 only to gain weight and get fatter than ever, I've lost it all and am thinner than I was before (only be 3 pounds, but hey its something). You can do it!!! Add me :)

Last night I found a pair of pants in the back of my dresser that I bought a couple months ago and forgot about because they were too tight.. now they're a little loose. Well worth the waste of 20 bucks in my opinion :)
