I love all the before and after pictures and they are a real inspiration. But would like to know how is everyone losing the weight ...please share your stories

Hitting the gym at least 3 times a week and I'm doing WW on my own. However now that my points have been lowered I'm having a hard time eating up to 1200! Might have to lay off WW... I also try to add in exercise in every day life like parking far away from my apartment or stores to get in extra walking. Every bit helps!0
