  • I've also heard that if you snack on some 100% whole wheat or whole grain bread and dip it in olive oil, it helps fill you up so you aren't so tempted, espically when it's dessert time. But I haven't found an olive oil that I like by itself.

  • Calorie counting absolutely works! There is no "magic pill", just eating the right foods, the right portions and exercise will help you. I've lost 42 pounds (11 more till my goal weight) and my husband has lost 90 (10 more till goal weight). This site is wonderful!

  • i used to hate running, but once I started working toward a goal of running in races, that's what motivated me. I didn't want to be the last one coming in at a 5k. The more I run, the more I love it, and the more races I want to participate in.
