good morning all. my goal is to get to 130lbs or a weight that is comfortable. right now i am 180lbs. yesterday i purchased food in order to cut out all carbs but i have done this before and while i did get to my desired weight it didn't last long.

i am here to find out how to eat healthier and to keep weight off and to find out if it's possible to still enjoy comfort food

    :flowerforyou: WELCOME TO MFP!!!! You can do this I know you can!!! I started 3 weeks ago(195lbs) and now down 15lbs I am more excited about what else I can loose its not even funny!!

    This site has great resources Use them!! If you have a iPod or iPhone Use the app they have I believe they also have one for black berry and the Droid as well!! I use my iPod alot!!!:smile:

    Welcome, I have never deprived myself and have lost 42 pounds since January. I love pizza, buffalo wings, it's more about portion control than not eating certain foods. I wish you lots of luck. Add me as a friend if you'd like.
