I have tried these a couple times now and they are amaaazing!! they were thin more like a crepe but i didn't mind that at all. i put a little peanut butter on top i will definitely make these again. thanks for sharing the recipe!!

I can't answer your first question but I can help with your second one. If you are only eating 1200 calories a day you should definetly be eating any calories you burn during exercise. Yes definitely count everything. some fruit is actually suprisingly high in calories and carbs (if you track carbs at all)
