I made this last night.... It was so Spicy... any recommendations to tone it down ? I was suppose to pour the chicken and marinade in a saute pan correct?0

I just noticed on the webite URL you provided it is different measurements which would of def caused it to be too spicy ! Lol
Yields 4 Servings | Serving Size 6 Chicken Tenders | Calories: 192 | Previous Points: 4 | Points Plus: 5 | Total Fat: 10 g | Saturated Fat: 2 g | Trans Fat: 0 g | Cholesterol: 25 mg | Sodium: 287 mg | Carbohydrates: 17 g | Dietary Fiber: 1 g | Sugars: 7 g | Protein: 9 g
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts filets, cut into 1” strips
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
DirectionsCombine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerate for 1 hour. Add all ingredients to large skillet, cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Delicious served over a bed of brown rice. To serve as an appetizer, combine 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar for dipping.0 -
