You know what I like about this idea... I wonder (no hard evidence) if for me, what is mentally satisfying is the snacking behavior... meaning if I made this, i could eat enough...walk away and COME BACK to it for more in an hour or so. Does that make sense? Kinda of weird, but I should test this theory.

Today was a good work out. I did great on the treads (maintained my new base pace!)....my arms are dead from row and arm work. and those woodchoppers...oh boy! Kinda low splat for me, but I got'er done! Thanks for the meal suggestions. I think I am going to copy each of these suggestions to have nearby for future...lots of…

Larkspur - I can relate to you and the need for restrictions. I need to get there and i have in the past (several years back). Thanks for the insight and inspiration. Danp, thanks for sharing, that also what I was looking for. And BTW I love your variety. Savory, (hopefully feeling) and you still treat yourself! Truly…

Not a picky eater by any means. I like Chipotle, Qdoba, Firehouse, Subway, Jim n Nicks, Panera Bread...so many options.

Also I have been a member of Orange Theory for nearly 3 years (march 2016) and my weight has slowly crept up. I have loss during this course 10-15 lbs lighter than what I am now, but I have always fallen off, stopped tracking, stuffed my face and gained weight. I average 3 work outs a week with my studio, so I am fairly…

Great suggestions and feedback! Hadn't thought of trying meal replacements because I like to eat! LOL Part of my problem. I'll try to be more diligent with water and really trying to queue in on whether I'm hungry, dehydrated or bored. This week I will start incorporating more activity outside of OTF, like a 30 mins…

m0nster, I feel for you and wish you the best of luck. Stay strong. While my situation isn't the same as yours, i too am faced with deciding to divorce, yet we are both here in the same state and still living together although in separate rooms. Any way you slice it, it sucks. It actually hurts deep inside. what I can say…

Thanks all! Too be honest, I'm not sure where I picked up those "recommended" % for macros! I will make the adjustment to 40 30 30 as suggested.

SashleyA, thank you for your input!

toddis & idrosophila, thanks for the input! I will be ordering a HRM soon because I don't fully understand how hard I'm going. I think my body is used to my 30-40 minutes 4.2MPH 4% incline walk that I do at least 3-4 times a week. Doing so makes me feel better mentally. More relaxed.

Hi, new to the forum and MFP I purchased BR last November and never really made it any further than workouts 3 and 4. I could use some motivation as i'm to a point where I want to stop starting and start finishing.
