600 Calories for dinner tonight - not cooking, how to spend?
I am a long time member of OTF and havent lost a lb (exaggeration, but still). Knowing weight loss comes from diet, I've been awful at this for the past year. I logged food today (very sporadic with this, 100% my fault). I am an overeater. I graze a lot and get crazy sweet cravings after dinner. I have 600 cals left for…

Need help! 2019 Eating plan, w/Work travel
I've been around enough to understand CICO = weight loss. I have really struggled with this. Tracking has been inconsistent. When/if I stick to those 2 things I lose weight. Problem is, as I get older, I have a harder time getting started. Life has all kinds of twist and turns that disrupt my start ~2 weeks in. So couple…

Female age 38, height 5.6 weight 173lbs. I have an office job. Still don't understand TDEE - 20%
Sorry but I am still confused by TDEE. I recently calculated my TDEE -20% = the calorie range I should consume daily to loss weight. But i have 2 problems. Mentally I miss the satisfaction of logging my DAILY work outs. Sometimes I work out 2x a day. Jillian Body Revolution in the AM, Cardio in the PM. But by using TDEE, I…

TDEE, Exercise Input
I calculated my TDEE yesterday and should average around 1540 calories per day for an "agressive" - 20% weight loss goal. Am I correct in thinking that I should not be logging exercise on MFP and that exercise according to my entry and lifestyle (moderately active) is already accounted for?

Exercise ?
I hear that its recommended that you give your body a rest from working out to allow it to recover. Does that only apply to weight lifting? Asked another way, am I safe to do the same cardio daily (brisk walk on the treadmill)? BTW, this is in addition to me doing the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. I do not do her…
