Thank you foxro, I appreciate your comments and respect for women.

I have youtube on my Wii and use the Fit for Duty videos from the Pentagon Channel. There are a lot of other ones as well. If you have a Roku player, there's a fitness channel with tons of free videos. You can get all three sessions of the Jillian Michaels video on youtube.

You are AWESOME! Great job :flowerforyou:

I hear two things. One, it sounds like you're ready to abandon the goals you've set for yourself for someone you just met, and two, you have to trade your goals in to have a relationship with this guy. My advice is don't invest so much of yourself into someone you don't even know. Having been in your place many moons ago,…

Now, this is just plain wrong and cruel, lol!

A scale is ideal, but if you don't have one just put it in the cup without compacting or smashing it down to get more.

I had a two egg omelet with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, onion, and a little cheese.

Ravens! That Go Daddy commercial was disgusting.

Good grief! I could do 5 sets @ 10 seconds. That modified version is more my speed

I ordered four boxes, and I intend to eat every delicious crumb. Lemonades, Trefoils, Thin Mints, and Mango Crème Sandwich Cookies.

The cookie sheet and little patties is a good idea

I pay 15.99 for gym membership. I just figured out how to get YouTube on Wii so I've been trying out a variety of exercise videos. I really like Fit For Duty on the Pentagon channel. They have a lot of different videos taught by military personnel who are certified trainers, no frills, and no made up non- sweating…

I have a Vitamix. I use it to make whole food vegetable drinks, protein mixes, and fruit smoothies all in a minute or less. I've had mine for about 7 years, and love it. I had a juice extractor before I got the Vitamix. I didn't like it because it was messy, wasteful, and had to many parts to clean for a glass of juice.

LMAO! I haven't heard about the tape worm diet in a long time!

Okay, that clears it up

What kind of jack rabbits was he talking about? Jackrabbits are real.

That Doan's pills were itching pills. Let me explain . . . When I was a kid, my step mom used to keep a tin of these in her dresser drawer. I asked her what they were and she said, "itching pills, you take these and they make you itch real bad." I was puzzled why anyone would take pills to make them itch and remained that…

Lol! I still eat that!

Fried spam with mustard sandwich. Yuk!

You might find it easier than you think. I took a 3 day break because I was sore and achy. When I started back, I got through the entire level 2 work out without struggling. I tried level three just to see what it was like. I got through it, and that's all I'm gonna say, lol! Congrats on the job!

Anita is a girl's best friend!

Just think, before long, they'll all be on here as members

I am happy to have shed a few inches! The spreadsheet is a lot friendlier than my scale

I like level 1 better, but that's probably because I have gotten used to doing it

On days that I don't go to the gym to use the treadmill, I get my extra steps in on my mini-stepper that I got for Christmas a few years ago. I set it in front of the TV and watch something for at least 30 minutes or until I get the 10,000 steps. I have a fitbit so I use that instead of the monitor on the stepper.…

I got a Danskin Now sports bra from Walmart. It makes working out much better. Now I can jump freely without worrying if my boobs are going to go flying across the room!

Sounds like you need a new blender. I thought the Ninja could handle ice and frozen fruit. I have a Vitamix which makes wonderful smoothies, but before that, I had a regular Oster blender that could make a decent smoothie. It would leave chips of ice or fruit in the drink, but at least it would pulverize most of it. I make…

Good thing we're not neighbors because together we would probably be in big trouble. My motto is I love to cook, and I love to eat!

Have you read the Virgin River series by Robyn Carr? I am now on book 3 - Whispering Rock. There are 20 books in the series! I don't know what I'm going to read next. I have a lot of books on my Kindle so it's just a matter of deciding which one. I finished Beautiful Ruins - Jess Walter and The Virgin Cure - Ami McKay this…
