my husband is the first one I tell as soon as I weigh myself... shoot he is the only one I tell! we are both trying to lose weight so I know his weight and he knows mine... in fact tomorrow is when I weigh in and he has already told me I hope it goes down so you will be in a good mood :)

I thought I couldn't go to the gym alone either...but I love it! I understand fruit isn't enough for breakfast...but I am not much of a breakfast eater so some mornings I'm not hungry or really want anything--so that is why I just had fruit that one morning. I agree the pie wasn't the best decision...but I did make sure to cut back and not have bread on my burger and just ate the patty…

Well I got my net to 600.... I will try to have healthy snacks more throughout the day when I work out twice in one day...it's just so odd to me. I didn't feel like I was missing out or starving myself today... I just ate when I was hungry.

I hear what ya'll are all saying.... I don't want ya'll to think I am starving myself--- I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and I wasn't hungry between so I didn't have any snacks.
