  • Hi Have you looked at Chalean Extreme? all the reviews on it seem positive and it looks like it has some cardio in it too. (I'm going to do it after I've done TurboFire) I'm also saving up for FT25! Can't wait to read what everyone thinks about it & what results they get with it.
  • there is no magic pill
  • Love JMBR. lots of people repeat the programme several times over. I'm on my 2nd round of it so I think it's well worth the money.I paid full price but have seen copied discs being sold on ebay for £20. If you're totally new to exercise I'd recommend doing her 30 day shred first.
  • just read your post again 3kg in 7wks. very good results!
  • hi I've been doing it now for 8 weeks. Find it easier to do when I'm working as keeping busy helps! The first 2 days were the worst! now I don't mind them. I've lost about 5 lbs since starting. I have exercised at the end of a fast day & found it ok and also exercised in the moring of a fast day thinking I'll use up all…
  • according to the book it says don't eat back any calories burned through exercise on a fast day. Did you exercise at the begining of you fast day or at the end?
  • when looking in the mirror & trying to breathe in (suck it all in) made no difference!
  • 30 day shred without a doubt. Because it's only 20 mins I did it everyday for a month but you will still get results if you have rest days inbetween and eat healthy.
  • Mine is to lose the last 4lbs! (been trying to get rid of those last few pounds for the last year!) & ofcourse carry on with the exercise! starting phase 2 of JBR today
  • thank you for posting.
  • Just managed 1min and 35 seconds. that'll be a goal for new year to build it up to 2 mins. well done you :)
  • 30 Day Shred. very straight forward instuction & looks so easy so do. It's hard at first but so effective if you stick with it. You'll notice improvements everyday and the best thing about it is that's it's only 20 mins long!
  • you look fab. I know we shouldn't go by a number on the scales but how much do you weigh now?
  • YES YES YES do it! you're not in compertition with anyone so take it at your own pace. If jumping jacks are too much at first do marching on the spot. Just keep moving as Jillian says. If you stick with it you'll very quickly notice improvement. It's only 20 mins. 20 mins which works! When I find exercise hard going I…
  • My first day of week 2 today. Such a relief not having to do the 2 workouts. I did the 2 workouts daily the 1st week but didn't follow her kickstart diet. I actually had chocolate cake & pizza (sons birthday) and went out for a meal with friends & still lost 1lb! really enjoying it so far. Glad I did the 30DS & RI30 before…
  • That's whats so brilliant about 30DS 20 mins is enough to see fantastic body changes. Combine it with healthy eating and you may not lose weight but you will lose inches! If you are finding it too easy just use heavier weights. nothings stopping you adding some cardio at the end but its just great to know that 20 mins is…
  • Best advice I can give you is do a longer stretch at the end. (May stop you feeling so sore) also don't be disappointed if you don't lose much weight. You may not lose weight but you will lose inches!!! ( I'm on level 2 day 6) It's the 3rd time I'm doing it and am loving it. I always fogret what a brill work out it is.…
  • forgot to say don't expect to lose weight with the shred esp as you haven't that much to lose but you will tone up! It'll look like you have lost weight!
  • Just go for it! It's not easy with 2 small children but just do it. The 30DS is an excellent starting point. It was the first exercie dvd I bought and what sold it to me was that's it's only 20mins! Every time I didn't feel like exercising I said to myself 'it's only 20 mins' and then it'll be all over. It's hard to make…
