  • oh no, today my son was plastering the kitchen walls and the electric was off and I couldn't turn on the cooker - we had KFC for lunch! I had a zinger (uk) and even a few chips. :sad:Had to swim hard tonight!!:laugh:

  • thats very interesting and I'll be keeping this in mind. I am so puzzled why I am not losing weight so I'll try anything. I seem to be well within the set calories and doing plenty of exercise but why are the pounds not shifting? If more sleep is the answer then I'll try it. I am pretty sure I am not getting enough.
  • I just love the way this works, I been dashing home from the pool to add my swimming into the log and then I feel really good when I have a few calories left over at the end of the day.   • I have a mini goal I set with my sister to each loose 10 - 18lbs (we were a bit scared to set the upper limit on its own! :noway: ) by 12th March when my new grandson is due to be born. If he comes too early we'll not make it :laugh: Got to 6lbs yesterday so just 4 to go to reach lower goal - any more is a bonus :smile:
