  • Hello all! I hope I'm not too late for Day 1!! Starting weight = 154 Goal weight = 115 Goal weight for September 30 =149 I know it seems like I don't have much weight to lose but I am all of 5 feet tall. I "should" be weighing around 100.
  • It helps in this case to know your height and weight. More than likely you are over 5 feet and 1200 calories is very low for you. You should be eating between 10-30% less than your TDEE is. You should also be eating back your exercise calories or at least as much of it as you can.
  • I've used the lightly active level. I'm a doctors assistant so I do stand and sit a lot during the day. You're right, I'm eating 1350 or less and not eating my exercise calories back.

  • I'm not on thyroid medication and I haven't made a major change this week in diet or exercise. However, I am near TOM!!! I didn't even think of it! And also, my rings are a little snug. I'll wait another week and see if the weight comes back down. Here's hoping!!!

  • Hello!!!! I just finished day 6 of the Shred! The first 2 days I was in a LOT of pain and couldn't hardly walk ( at least not normally). 4 more days and I move up to level 2... can't wait!!!!
  • I suggest MovingComfort. Very comfortable and come in all shapes and sizes!!! Approx. $20-$50 depending on your size. Also accomodate for different levels of "jiggle"... low, medium, high.
  • Hello!!! There are 8 ounces in a cup. You need about 64 ounces in a day. Crystal Light water does count towards your "water" intake. Hope this helps!!!
