nice of you to take care of your mother you are a kind person. try polenta to replace your starch is realy good. for sugar set a limit and spread it out to avoid big cravings. if you want you can friend me we all can use more support

im a bartender and pulling long shifts are hard. i try to bring vegetable and some meat enough for 2 meals and space them apart by 5 or 6 hours so i dont get really hungry and eat vending machine foods.
