I did one for the days I work 12 hours shifts and one for when I'm off. I am just cutting 300 calories from those totals on those days. i actually burn more calories when I'm at work...lol

I agree with what someone else said your doing at least 7 hours a week of exercise. That would be considered strenous exercise and you probably should be eating more. Start off with just a extra 50-100 more a week and see what happens.

I am 5'1 and currently 148.6. I would be happy at 135 as my frist goal but would like to get to 130 for wiggle room...lol I was 135 when my and the hubby started dating and I was happy at that weight for my build.

I have accrued all my music on my phone by listening to songs in the car at work etc and then downloading then on my phone. If there is a song playing I like and don't know what it is then I use Shazam to identify it. I have a pretty good list. When I get a min I will get together some of the songs that really get me…

I was using the BowFlex before I started 30DS but stpped that and just do the 30DS. Yes I am eating 1800 calories.

Question since doing 30 DS has it messed with your TOM, I'm 5 days late. I've been late before but not this late, I think 3 days is the most.

Level 1 is done, on to Level 2. Even moved up to 5 pound weights today.
